Prevents or temporarily relieves minor aches and pains of muscles and bruises. Recommended for application before and after iron palm training. DIRECTIONS FOR IRON PALM TRAINING: Before and after training pour a little of the Dit Do Jow on the palms and rub it on the hollow of the palm, the base of the hand, the back of the hand, wrist, and the finger tips. The Jow should be rubbed in until there a feeling warmth is felt. After the second application wait 2 hours before washing hands. DIRECTIONS FOR PAIN RELIEF Test on a small area of skin to see it skin is sensitive to the Jow Pour a some Jow into a small disk Dip the fingers into the Jow in the dish and apply to injured area Use the palm to rub the Jow into the injured area with a cirular motion. You may use the thumb for areas not accessible to the palm Keep the skin constantly moist with the Jow while rubbing For sore tendons rub 2 or 3 inches around the painful area For best results apply the Jow for 15 - 20 minutes each time, 3 times/day Wait 2 hours after application before washing the afflicted area To prevent contamination do not pour Jow from dish back into the jar.
