Hanshi-Sei [10th degree black belt] Frank Van Lenten demonstrates and explains the Kata Gekisai [ichi, ni, & san], Saifa, Sanseiru, and Shisochin. He shows the kata and the first level bunkai of each kata.

Hanshi-Sei Van Lenten has been in Okinawan karate for over 50 years. He was among the first Americans to train in Okinawa. He is one of the founders of Goju-Ryu in the United States. This tape was done in 1994. VHS 1 hr. 112 min.
