| This pad offers one inch thick padding in a canvas cover with canvas ties to secure the pad to the makiwara.
The pad is 12" long and 4-3/4" wide. It works well on a 3-1/2" mak a wrap around the edges. (This is how the writer uses it.) This helps when doing shutos and ridge hand strikes. It can be used as the knee height pad for kicking practice. |
