For bruises, sunburns, sprains, and the like apply Dit Da Jow is applied to the affected area by hand or with a cotton ball. Apply it then it allow to dry, do this two more times. Do this 3 times a day for at least 3 days. For sore Joints and muscles follow the same procedure but rub the dit da jow in more firmly.
