See where we can send batons and where we cannot. Law enforcement orders are always welcome.

Opening and Closing Telescoping Batons

It is important to not open the batons with great force as this makes section binding very likely. This will happen with the best of batons. Realize that all correctly made strikes with the baton are made in such a way as to further secure the sections together, so you do not have to use a great deal of force to open it.

To close a baton smartly tap the tip of the baton at an angle on a solid surface. Holding the baton by the handle strongly strike the base of the baton on a solid surface. This usually causes the baton to close. If that does not work repeat the process. Sometimes one section will collapse while the other section won't. Then tap the tip of the partially collapsed baton and strike the base again.

"The right of self-defense is the first law of nature; ... when the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction." - Henry St. George Tucker, in Blackstone's 1768 Commentaries on the Laws of England.

"...quemadmodum gladius neminem occidit, occidentis telum est." [...a sword never kills anybody; it's a tool in the killer's hand.]
(Lucius Annaeus) Seneca "the Younger" (ca. 4 BC-65 AD)

"Si vis pacem, para bellum." [If you wish for peace, prepare for war.]
Old Roman Saying
