Merchandise Return and Refund Policy

Videos are nonreturnable; defective videos will be replaced if returned within 30 calendars days of shipment

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). No returns will be without this number will be accepted.

To get an RMA# send an email to hojoundo@bushipower.com with the following information.

RETURN and RMA# in the subject line
the order number
your email address
reason for return
in the case of a defective you may elect to receive a replacement or credit for the product
the customer is responsible for shipping expenses of all returns
for return of merchandise that is not defective there will be a 15% restocking charge plus the initial cost of shipping. THIS MEANS THAT IF YOU RECEIVED "FREE SHIPPING" YOUR REFUND WILL BE YOUR COST OF THE ARTICLE LESS 15% AND LESS THE INITIAL SHIPPING COST TO BUSHIPOWER.
All returns must be make with 30 calendars days of the shipment date, with the exception of the Punch/Block Power Charger that has a one year warranty.

In the event that a package sent to you is damaged refuse the package from the delivery company so that it can be returned to us. Please email us at hojoundo@bushipower.com. If you are unable to refuse it please call the delivery company to return to pickup the package. Be sure to get a receipt for the package. Email us with your order number and receipt number. In the email please provide your original order number as well as name, address, and telephone number. Tell us if you want an refund or replacement. We will send a replacement after as soon as we learn that the shipping company has the package in transit.
