Where and How We Can Ship

We will ship pepper sprays to locations in the US and US Territories, except NY & MA, to persons 18 years or older who are not felons.

Arrangeements can be made for shipment of large orders of MACE products outside of the U.S. Due the expense of shipping 500 units or more are recommended. The minimum order for shipments outside of the U.S. is 48 units; the likely cost for shipping is US $300+. Contact us.

Animal Repellents (including dog and bear sprays) can be legally shipped to all U.S. states and territories including New York.

We cannot ship pepper spray to APO and FPO addresses. The pepper spray restriction is due to air transport restrictions.

States Where Pepper Sprays are Restricted

California 70 gm (2.5 oz) Limit

No person shall purchase, possess, or use any tear gas weapon that expels a projectile, or that expels the tear gas by any method other than an aerosol spray, or that contains more than 70 gm (2.5 oz) net weight of aerosol spray. For more on CA law

Massachusetts NO SALES

For a buyer to lawfully purchase a self-defense spray they must present in person their MA firearms ID card to lawful seller in MA. See MA law.

Michigan 35 gm (1ź oz) Limit Plus Content Restrictions

Not more than 35 grams (1ź oz) per can, no stronger than 2% concentrate to civilians. No combinations are allowed. We may sell and deliver to you animal repellent sprays.

Nevada 56 gm (2 oz) Limit

Nevada law prohibits possession of tear gas weapons, except for CS by adults with no more than 56 gm (2 oz)in the form of an aerosol spray

New Jersey 21 gm (ž oz) Limit

Possesion is limited to one pocket-sized device which contains and releases not more than 21 gm (ž oz) of "chemical substance not ordinarily capable of lethal use or of inflicting serious bodily injury". New Jersey Statues Title 2C:39-6i.
In addition NJ Statues Title 2A:62A-20 Immunity from civil liability for use of chemical substance for self-defense "1. Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary, a person who possesses a chemical substance for the purpose of personal self-defense in accordance with subsection i. of N.J.S.2C:39-6 and who releases or discharges that chemical substance upon or toward another person shall not be liable in any civil action for damages resulting from that release or discharge when the actor reasonably believes that the releasing or discharging of that chemical substance is immediately necessary for the purpose of personal self-defense. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to grant immunity to any person causing any damage by his willful, wanton or grossly negligent unlawful releasing or discharging of such a chemical substance upon or toward another person."

New York - Animal Repellent Only

Self defense sprays are sold in pharmacies and by licensed firearms dealers. And those places are really hard to find in NYC. We may sell and deliver to you animal repellent sprays.

Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police form PD 102 04/93 Required

Identification and Washington Metropolitan Police form PD 102 04/93 is required before spray will be shipped. We will handle sending your info to the DC PD. Directions are on the form.

Wisconsin Must be between 15-60 gm (about ˝-2 oz.), Plus Other Restrictions

♦ Only products with an OC concentration of 10 percent or less are now legal in Wisconsin. It is still illegal to possess or use other tear gas products in Wisconsin.
♦ Have a total weight of not less than 15 grams (approximately a half ounce) nor more than 60 grams (which is approximately two ounces).
♦ Have a minimum effective range of six feet and a maximum effective range of 20 feet;
♦ Look like a conventional aerosol canister and not be made to appear like another product (an OC spray made to look like a pen for example);
♦ Have a label which includes the amount of OC, its range, expiration date, ingredients, first aid information and a reminder that the product can't be used by people under 18.
♦ Have a tamperproof package and a mechanism to prevent an inadvertent discharge; and
♦ Include all of the label information on the outside package, along with a phone number that consumers can use to contact the manufacturer for further information.
